Welcome to WordPress
I recently decided to move from Blogger to WordPress. All of my posts have been imported to WordPress, so feel free to browse the archives.

Ravelry
I got an invitation to join Ravelry today and I’m really, REALLY impressed! You can check out my account here. Ravelry lets you catalog your stash, projects you’re working on, finished projects, and your project queue. Ravelry lets you associate pictures from your flickr account and posts from your blog with your Ravelry account. It rocks. Every time I thought “hey it would be cool if I could use this to…” or “I wonder if I can…” I would discover that Ravelry does indeed have the features I was hoping for. It has far exceeded my expectations, and it’s only in beta. Thank you Ravelry creators, and keep up the good work!!

Contactify
Some of you bloggers may be interested in Contactify, a way for your blog readers to contact you via email without your email address being revealed. All you have to do is create a (free!) Contactify account and post your Contactify link on your blog.

Geeky blog stuff
If you’re not already using an RSS reader, you should be! Check out google reader, it’s my personal favorite. The only drawback, in my mind, is that it doesn’t have a search feature. But that can be remedied using by creating a custom google search. It’s a bit complicated, but it’s totally worth it!
Also, you can create some custom RSS feed buttons for your blog here. They make it easier for readers to find your RSS feed and subscribe to your blog. Enjoy!
